CSS CSS Basics (2014) Enhancing the Design With CSS Adjusting the Layout with Media Queries

Is bootstrap something we should learn as well?

Knowing that media query can change the layout of the content of a website as certain conditions are met (e.g. browser size). Maybe bootstrap is more convenient?

Bootstrap is cool and all, but is no replacement to media queries. Media queries, like css in general have huge amounts of flexibility compared to bootstrap. I would use bootstrap if the design is not the main focus of a project, but not if the UI matters as much as the rest of the application.
