Is Git setup application incompatible with Windows 10?

I have downloaded the latest version of the Git setup application (1.9.5-preview20150319.exe) but when I attempt to run the program Windows 10 just loads for a minute and then nothing happens. Help?

It decided to run after all except I'm not quite sure what I did to make it work. I walked away from my computer to make some lunch and when I came back Windows was asking if I wanted to allow Git to make changes to the computer. I said yes and it installed normally after that. Strange...

Probably was just a delay for the UAC to kick in, otherwise it would of installed right away,

Another option I would recommend is to right click the installer package and run as a administrator.
