Is "init (x: Int, y: Int)" same as "let x: Int, let y: Int"

I think i already explained my question, but still. When we added Player protocol, we added init (x: Int, y: Int). My question is that can I replace this init method with "let x: Int, let y: Int". Thanks in advance!
