8,553 PointsIs it important to memorize different CSS selectors?
I'm having trouble memorizing the CSS selectors. I understand what they do in general, but have a hard time remembering which ones to use when it comes to practicing. Any tips? Thanks.

229,204 PointsWith continued practice you'll probably start remembering the most common and useful ones. But just in general I find it much more useful to know where to go to look things up than to attempt to memorize everything.
My go-to reference for selectors would be the CSS Selectors page in the MDN documentation, though the format of the W3 Schools CSS Selector Reference makes it handy also.
