Is it possible to view the javascript code on a website

I was wondering, Is it possible to view the javascript code of another website when using inspect element?

I know that you can check the javascript of a website though right clicking anywhere on a website and clicking 'view page source.' As far as inspecting the page, I have been able to see javascript through the 'source' tab when the developer tools come up.
