Is there a command to save my code "instantly"?

I am looking for a way to save my code quickly. In the tutorials on Java, Craig reminds me to save my code, it seems like he presses something on the keyboard to complete the action quickly and I am unsure of what it is. Thank you.

Depending on the interface, usually CTRL or ⌘ (CMD for Apple) + S will save your file on the fly.

You can often see keyboard shortcuts in the top menu of a running application, such as : https://pasteboard.co/H1jdLxz.png
