Is there a difference between the Bootstrap 4 Form Control [col-form-label vs. form-control-label]

Currently watching @guil tutorial on 'Form Groups and Form Controls' and I noticed that Bootstrap4 'beta' Forms use the class 'col-form-label' for the label. However, in the video, the class 'form-control-label' is used.

I tested both conditions against each other and did not 'visually' see any difference, however, I wonder if there is something ambiguous going on under the hood that I should be aware of.

Any thoughts~
