Design Sketch Basics Introducing Sketch Installing Sketch

Is there a lot of difference between version 3 and version 54.1?

I'm really grateful that treehouse covers sketch course but it's 2019 and I'm currently using version 54.1. It's hard not to worry that this course maybe a little too behind. There might be new function and improvement which I might not be able to learn. Should I just continue with this course regardless of this worry or should I just find other tutorials …. (But I find treehouse courses so much more clear and easier to understand…)

Take a look at the official Sketch update page with a list of all releases since version 3 to get an idea of what has changed:

I'm not a Sketch user myself, but I find in other areas the training can still be beneficial even if not based on the very latest version, particularly when I have no prior experience with the product. Once I've had a "jump start" I can often find out about new features on my own.

all right thanks!
