HTML One Solution

Is there a reason why the Instructor did not use a <small> element for the footer and a &copy; entity for the year?

Just a bit confused.

The &copy; entity doesn't display a year, only the copyright symbol :point_right: ©

And changing text appearance in the footer is a purely optional design decision. And even if you wish to do it, it could also be done entirely in CSS.
