Is there a way to get my computers built-in command prompt to connect with a Java file?

I am wondering if I am able to somehow access my computers command prompt through Notepad ++

Not sure if it's exactly what you want, but you can start up the command prompt at your current working directory through notepad++ using one of these methods:

File -> Open Containing Folder -> cmd

Or

Right click on the tab for the file -> Open Containing Folder in cmd
