231,198 PointsYou forgot to provide a link to the video, but it was most likely something previously prepared and held in the paste buffer.
Depending on the editor being used, there may be codes to produce sequences like that. For example, in an editor that supports "emmet" syntax, you could enter this: {h$}*6
and then typing a tab would generate the sequence shown above.
