is there another program or location I can use to test my code?

I believe that there is an issue with the workspace. I downloaded the instructor's css and html codes and put them in the workspace and the headline elements still didnt center.

I also checked to make sure the main.css and normalize.css were in in a css folder.

My set up could totally be wrong but it would be nice to have a second method to make sure.
