Is there some code file I can add to my HTML that will make every part of my website work in every browser?

Another way of asking this would be, "is there 1 polyfill that has every polyfill in it"

from a css perspective normalize.css does the trick, you can also use post css to add vendor prefixes to standardize the code you write even more!
