3,016 PointsIs there such a thing as doing web design on photoshop or something?
I'm learning front end wd, I also have beginner designing skills. So I was wondering, is there a way to combine the two? A common way of incorporating photoshop web layouts into css, perhaps? Thinking about it now actually seems a bit far fetched, unless you create vector designs and just add those files to your html or css. Just curious.

28,407 PointsI feel like what you just described is a website builder. I think Adobe Muse is a website builder. I can't tell you much about it, because I've never used it, but I know it exists.
"PSD to HTML" used to be a huge thing with web development. I see this less now, but a few years ago I saw this a ton. Basically, someone uses a photoshop design, as a guideline, to create an HTML and CSS static web page.
