Is using Float a better option??

I think I cheated because used floats, and just remove the float. Is this approach wrong??

I did the same thing. You're still solving the problem, even if it isn't accounting for the context of the lesson or long-term design implications.

There are often multiple ways to achieve the same result, and using "float" might make things look the way you want.

But floats are not part of the technique being taught here. I'm not sure I'd call that "cheating", but you're not getting the benefit of the lesson.

Floats can have unwanted side-effects, so it's good to know other techniques that can be employed as an alternative.
