16,291 PointsYour problem is in your "isFullyCharged" method signature, you have a return statement returning a boolean when the method signature of void means that you don't want that specific method to anything. If you want to return true, you need to change it from:
public void isFullyCharged() {
}
TO
public boolean isFullyCharged() {
}
