iOS Build a Playlist Browser with Swift Refactoring Our Code Passing Playlist Objects Using Segues

issue with down casting, works in the video but not in my Xcode

ok I know a number of people are having this so I have contacted support but wondered if anyone had any ideas why the following line of code doesn't work in this video

     let playlistImageView = sender.view! as UIImageView

works fine before adding it and Xcode complains

has anyone seen this video and able to offer the reason its not working?
