Issue with my code: Notice: Undefined index: media_id in /home/treehouse/workspace/inc/functions.php on line 71

It keeps saying that it is undefined even though i have defined it, Can someone please help me figure out what i am doing wrong. I am doing it in the workspace for integrating Database with PHP. Here is the code where i wrote everything out as far as where i feel i defined:

function full_catalog_array() { include("connection.php");

try { $results = $db->query("SELECT media_id, title, category, img FROM Media"); } catch(Exception $e) { echo "Unable to retrieve results"; exit; } Here is the function with the Error:

function get_item_html($item) { $output = "<li><a href='details.php?id=" . $item["media_id"] . "'><img src='" . $item["img"] . "' alt='" . $item["title"] . "' />" . "<p>View Details</p>" . "</a></li>"; return $output; }
