It is possible to create our user roles?

It is possible to create our user role wich will not belong to 5-6 basic user roles(Super Admin, Admin,Editor,Author,Contributor,Subscriber).

This role will be new defined by as regarding the name of the role and its capabilities.

If yes, please mention the way you can create your own role.
