Ruby Ruby Basics (Retired) Ruby Methods Method Arguments: Part 2

It looks like Task 1 is no longer passing.

when I click check work the system is asking me to go to task one. Task one is passing but it says "It looks like Task 1 is no longer passing." I don't understand since task one is passing and I am in task two. I add my methods and arguments I multiply them as the task requested and I got stuck in this loop error.

It looks like Task 1 is no longer passing.

TASK # 01 (this task is passing) def subtract (a, b) puts "the result is #{a - b}" end

subtract (2, 3)

TASK # 02 (check this in the terminal works fine) def multiply (a, b) puts "the result is #{a * b}" end

multiply(2, 2)

method.rb
def multiply(a, b)
    puts "the result is #{a * b}"
end

multiply(2, 3)

I think you weren't suppose to delete your subtract method just add a multiply method.

Thank you so much that was it I had to add the subtract method first the continue with multiply method. Thank you!
