Python Python Basics (2015) Logic in Python Try and Except

A few hints:

  • everything inside a function must be indented more than the "def" line
  • a "try, except, else" set must all line up (in the same column)
  • the type conversions must be done inside the "try" block for it to catch any errors
  • you won't need an "else" section if both the "try" and "except" sections have their own returns
