I've accidentally DELETED my work space files, how do I get them back?

Just about everything is gone.

You can reset the workspace.

It won't help recover any work you have done, but you can get the original files back this way: Go to the Workspaces page, find the one related to your course or stage, and delete it. Then, when you launch the workspace from inside the course again, it should come up with all the original files as when you first launched it.
