CSS

I've been trying to put a background image for a while now and no matter what I put the image won't show up.

This is what I currently have and the picture still won't show.

background-image: no-repeat center url('../images/montserrat.jpg');

I've updated your question to format the code a bit. Be sure to check out the Markdown Cheatsheet linked below the text editor for more information.

It looks like you're trying to declare styles with background-image that aren't compatible with that property. In order to include background position and repeat values, you'll want to use the background shorthand property instead.

Have a look at the MDN documentation for the background-image and background properties for more information.
