As stated in above I've tried writing and re-writing the code in treehouse's environment with no reported compiler errors and nothing seems obviously wrong. However, I'm receiving the same 'Bummer' mesg repeatedly asking if I've passed 'out timeOfDay' as a param to my DateTime.TryParse(). The same code ran successfully in microsoft visual studio?

231,268 PointsYour solution is technically correct, but it looks like the challenge checker gets confused by the space in front of the comma in the argument list of the "TryParse" call. Remove the space to pass the challenge:
if( DateTime.TryParse(values[1] , out timeOfDay) ) // original
if( DateTime.TryParse(values[1], out timeOfDay) ) // to pass challenge
You might want to report this as a bug to the Support folks. It might get you an "Exterminator" badge!
