Hey Muhammad,

Sorry for any confusion there! Trial accounts don't have the ability to download videos. Once users become a paid subscriber, then they'll have that feature available. If you have an urgent need to download, emailing us in Support can get you moved from a trial to full-fledged account. Thanks! help@teamtreehouse.com
