I would encourage you to consider Intellij instead of Eclipse. Intellij is well supported and the way to go for Java Programming.

Courses Plus Student 2,643 PointsEventhough i did move to Intellij from eclipse years back but nothing should stop from code not working in it. you can probably paste what issue you are facing. Eclipse is not a bad IDE so everything should work there
