What are some good test projects that I could build with Java? I want to stretch my skill set and build a portfolio in GitHub that I can showcase to a potential employer.
Currently have a project in GitHub that takes data from a csv file and creates an array list of objects where each object is one of the rows in the csv file. Program has three classes. One with methods to conduct analysis on the given arraylist, one with attributes and methods pertaining to each record in the csv, and another with method to export an arraylist to tab delimited format. I did JavaFX Timer App complete with UI and was so interesting. I'd strongly urge you to have a look at that course by clicking this link. It is fun and you can showcase this.
