javascript basics

can someone help me what am i doing wrong ?

app.js
let firstName = "Sean";
let lastName = "Marevanhema";
let role = 'developer';
var msg = 'firstName ' + 'lastName'

Hi Sean,

you should only put the content of a string in quotations mark.

In your code you also put your variable names in the last line in quotation marks (when defininig msg).

Delete the quotation marks and you will be fine.

Makes sense?

Happy coding, Nils
