Java Java Basics Perfecting the Prototype String Equality

JavaTester.java:111: error: cannot find symbol if (firstExample.equalsIgnorecase(thirdExample));{

not understanding what is being done wrong here i have even google searched it and the answer matches up

// I have imported a java.io.Console for you, it is named console. 
String firstExample = "hello";
String secondExample = "hello";
String thirdExample = "HELLO";
if (firstExample.equals(secondExample));{
console.printf("first is equal to second");
}
if (firstExample.equalsIgnorecase(thirdExample));{
console.printf("first and third are the same ignoring case");
}

You have a semi colon after your if statements- delete those and it should work.

you should also change case to -Case
