Keyboard navigation

Hi everyone, Could anyone please help how to program a site which is completely keyboard navigable, with tab and enter. So those who can not use mouse, can navigate through the site with keyboard using tab, enter and arrow keys...

I would be deeply grateful for sample code here...

Here is how we can use tab to move to the next element on the site: <span tabindex="0"></span> but I also need to know how to use enter to choose the element where I am at the site. Hope to hear from you guys soon.
