Know if the user is standing, walking in iOS

Hey,

I'm building an app and need to know, wether the user is standing or walking. I'd use the GPS but I need to get this information accurate and every fraction of a second (1/100).

So do you know some sites that teach you how to check this (my approach would be with gyroscope and accelerometer, etc.)?

I'D really appreciate your help.
