PHP Build a Simple PHP Application Getting Started with PHP Previewing the Final Project

Last week I tried to download wamp and somehow picked up a ton of ad and malware so my computer was down.

So my computer was down for the better part of a week. Turns out that I did download the appropriate software. I think. How do I determine which is the correct software to access and how do I begin and run.

Another good site,(in my opinion), to get the basic stack, to get started developing with PHP is, to go to https://bitnami.com/ and download one of the three depending on your OS....1) WAMP (Windows Apache MySQL and PHP) 2)LAMP (Linux stack) or 3) MAMP (Mac stack ), there is also a version called WAPP which is PHP, PostgreSQL and Apache.

I have also had problems with the lamp family. I think there is a security hole in PHPmyAdmin somewhere and I got a nasty trojin on my machine. Right now I am looking for an alternative but haven't found one that gets the job done.

On the other hand you might have downloaded from the wrong source and gotten all that nasty stuff there. Goodluck!

Being aware of these malware issues, I did try to go to the correct source, however, I may have downloaded from the wrong source and gotten all that nasty stuff there.
