Latest Chrome - Can't find latency option

I am trying to find a latency option in latest chrome I have. So I tried to right click on the main row where is the name of options I can use, and there is no latency. How can I find it?

If you right-click the Waterfall column header, then mouse over the Waterfall menu item at the bottom, you should see Latency as an option there.

Right click on the column headings > timings > latency
