First create a new Intent object. The constructor needs a reference to the current context, LaunchActivity in this case, as the first parameter and the name of the target activity as the second parameter. Then, call the startActivity() method and pass it the intent you just created:

import android.widget.Button;

public class LaunchActivity extends Activity {

  public Button mLaunchButton;

  @Override
  protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
    super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
