Layers panel not showing as in video

To anyone who is having issues with the layer panel, e.g., only stating the number of layers and showing no other options; I was able to fix this by resizing the panel itself.

You can also go to window > and choose any panel to display. Or you can create custom presets of the panels if there are common ones you like to use while designing. Cheers,
