Learn Ruby or Rails Development?

Just a quick question...

I want to start learning Ruby/RoR, and can't decide which track would be most beneficial to take first: "Learn Ruby" or "Rails Development".

Any insight would be most appreciated!

If you don't have experience with Ruby it would be best to learn Ruby first. Rails is a framework for developing with Ruby

It's better to do the Ruby track first to get some basics about ruby. Otherwise you won't understand much of the Ruby on Rails track..
