legends vs headings

Hi!

Just a quick question - Looking at the video, I completely understand why we would use <fieldset> tags but I was wondering: instead of using the <legend> tag could we not use a <h1> or <h2> tags instead?

Would it make a difference or must we use the <legend> tag?

Thank you guys for your help!

I don't understand the question about "could we not use a or tags instead".

But based on the title "legends vs headings", there's a difference in the way these thing appear. A legend appears as part of the border that gets drawn around the fieldset, but a heading would appear inside it.

Hi Steven!

Apologies for the spelling mistake - your answer was spot on - just what I needed!

Thank you!
