Portfolio and other names should between opening and closing "a" tag.

          <li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li>
          <li><a href="About.html">About</a></li>
          <li><a href="Contact.html">Contact</a></li>

Make sure you don't cap the "a" in "about.html". Same goes for "contact.html".
