Link to posts not working.

I have a problem with my links to the posts. If I go to the Dashboard, create a post and click on the link it creates for me ( http://localhost:8888/wordpress/example-post-1/ ). If I click on any of those links I get "The localhost page isn’t working" and a 500 error. Anyone has any idea what the problem could be?
