Live pixel ruler on mouse pointer extension tool thingy?

In some of the videos Guil has used what seems to be a pixel ruler attached to his mouse pointer that measures the amount of pixels as he moves his mouse around. This seemingly is a very wonderful tool. Where does one get their hands on such a tool?

Looks like a ruler extension in Google Chrome. Once you install the extension, you can click on the ruler icon whenever you want to measure an area of the browser.
