Local WP:-set up -great. Now I go back into localhost...click on localwp.com...get Error establishing a database connect

Setting up Local Wordpress went great-was able to get to the WP sign in page. Now I went back after needing to restart and get an Error -Establishing a database connection and I can't get to the WP login page.

Did you remember to turn on your wamp/mamp again after restart?

they never were shut down. I am restarting mamp to see if that works
