Locale Problems

I failed the prepareSubmission gradle task because it said something like: "Expected: iterable containing ["First is $1.00 (USD) which is $15,48 (Argentine Peso)", "Second is $2.00 (USD) which is $30,96 (Argentine Peso)"] but: item 0: was "First is $1.00 (USD) which is $15,48 (阿根廷比索)"

I'm guessing it is because of the locale problem. But since I'm running on a OS which only allow one language package, I'm getting stuck here. Is there anything I can do right now? I want to pass this code challenge and I don't want to hate Argentina (P.S I tried changing expected testing assertThat in the argentinaRecordsAreFormattedAndConverted() method, and it came back messy character that nobody can decipher in the console).

Really appreciate it if you stop by and take a look at my issue.
