localhost loads a dashboard instead of the list of sites

Hi guys, I am installing this on Windows 10. The steps are a little different from the video, but managed to set it all up, however, after I had created the new user and got back to localhost, it didn't load my sites, it simply loaded the standard XAMPP dashboard. What did I do wrong, as the sites were listed earlier when I typed "localhost"? Restarted Apache and MySQL few times, same result
