login View challenge help

I am trying do do challenge 2 of 3 which says that I should create an instance of the SignUp Form in forms and then render the register.html template I don't understand what is wrong with my code, please help

I too, have exactly the same code and it is not passing. I have removed the original return 'register' line but it is still failing the challenge? render_template is being imported as instructed.

I'm not very familiar with Flask, but in your register method you have two return statements. Get rid of the one from task one, return 'register', and you should be able to pass task two.

The OP code will pass Tasks 2 if the extraneous line return 'register' is removed:

    # return 'register'  # <-- answer from task 1 commented out

    return render_template('register.html', form=form)

And for Task 3, be sure to use models.User.new() instead of models.User.create_user().
