I quite new to logo design, I would appretiate any suggestions about my logo. The client is a Settlement Agency - we primarily deal with residential settlements also commercial settlements and other land.

6,173 PointsGreat logo design. Right away I saw the footprint in conjunction with the company name and thought of settlers coming across new land and planting their feet for the first time (before I read your description too). One thing that stands out too much is the registered trademark symbol. I would move it after Settlements or right after the square shape with the footprint. While I really do like the square shape you have, I wonder though if it conveys efficiency. I am reminded of logos with an upside down triangle which can sometimes suggest instability. Perhaps a slight change in the bottom of the shape that can give it a more firm and planted look. Definitely keep the rounded corners, they accentuate the feet. Really clean logo design; the foot print will look great on the small screens and will make a pretty recognizable favicon.

5,745 PointsHey, I'm no expert or anything, but that's a good looking logo! It's simple and clear. I like it!! The only issue I seem to have is the foot. I just don't know if it works for "settlement". I personally think the foot represents 'moving forward' or a 'path' of some sort. The connection to real estate isn't too obvious in my opinion.
But still, it looks sweet!
