Make the text inside each list item a link. The first item should link to cakes.html and the second to pies.html

How am I supposed to link something to text

You'll want to wrap each list item in an anchor tag with a href value that points to the corresponding list item.

Also, keep an eye on your indentations. List items should be nested inside of the unordered list and it will make for cleaner, easier to read code if your list items are indented further in than your unordered list tags. Develop those kinds of habits early. :)
