Hi Naveen,

You want to wrap the anchor tags around the li tags like this : <li><a>Cakes</a> </li>,

then add an href attribute to the anchor tag that links to the desired webpage like this : <li><a href='cakes.html'>Cakes</a> </li>

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <title>Lists and Links</title>
  </head>
  <body>
  <ul>
        <li><a href='cakes.html'>Cakes</a> </li>
        <li><a href='pies.html'>Pies</a></li>
        <li><a href='candy.html'>Candy</a></li>
   </ul>
  </body>
</html>
