Making Bootstrap Forms Function

Gui covers creating forms with Boostrap but will he ever cover how they will actually work (say email the filled form when submitted?) Or is that outside the bootstrap scope and need PHP?

Bootstrap is simply a huge compilation of pretty looking things. In other words, twitter has already done the work of checking to see what looks nice. An enormous effort, honestly.

CSS is not a framework with the power to send e-mails and alter files and things like that. It just makes html look different. It's super powerful, but it can't really 'do' much by way of files, folders, and servers and things like that.
