Making Classes from an existing db?

I know that python manage.py inspectdb returns tables of an existing database as Classes...Isn't there any easier way? I can see the all the tables in the Db Browser, I'm just not sure how make them all classes other than runnning inspectdb. Seems like that can't be the best way...

Thanks for any help. This course is awesome.
