MAMP on PC

I am going through the video regarding setting up "Local Wordpress Development". I do not have a MAC but merely a PC. I followed the videos specific to a PC and during the video it announced that I should be using MAMP. MAMP had only been mentioned in videos regarding local development on a MAC, not PC. On the MAMP website it said MAMP is coming soon for PC. What do I do? I do not have a MAC and want to do this on my PC. Please help!!
